  We provide heat pump service plans across North East England, covering the following postcodes (more areas coming soon):

  NE – Newcastle, North Tyneside, South East Northumberland & the coast

  DH – Durham City, Chester-le-Street, Sacriston & nearby villages

  SR – Sunderland, Seaham & surrounding areas

• Can you service my specific heat pump model?

  Yes – We service all heat pump brands and models, no matter who installed them. So whether it’s a brand-new system or an older one, you’re covered with Mutha Cuva.

  Any make, any model: Our heat pump technicians work with all leading air source and hybrid heat pump systems, including those installed by other companies.

  Local experts: We’ve spent years working in the North East heating sector – and our team knows these systems inside out.

  Reliable, expert care for your heat pump – without the stress of hunting down the original installer.

• How does the half price first service work?

  When you sign up, we’ll ask when your next service is due.

  Due soon (within 3 months) – You’ll pay just £90 upfront (half price) and we set up your monthly Direct Debit. You can then book your service straight away.

  Not due yet (3+ months) – No upfront payment. Your monthly plan will simply start ticking along. Once six payments have been made, you can book your service whenever it suits you.

• Will Mutha Cuva affect my heat pump warranty?

  No – in fact, it will help! Keeping up with annual servicing is usually required to keep your manufacturer warranty valid.

  Meets manufacturer standards: All our heat pump services follow manufacturer guidance.

  Service certificate provided: You’ll receive a digital service certificate after every visit, so you have proof your warranty is protected.

  Trusted team: Our qualified technicians are experienced with all major heat pump brands, giving you peace of mind your system’s in safe hands.

• Who actually carries out the service?

  Every service is completed by one of our local qualified heat pump technicians with specialist training and years of experience in the North East heating sector.

  Real people answer the phone, not call centres or robots – we are local to you, trained and focused on looking after you and your system.

  Fully qualified: All technicians are experienced in air source and hybrid heat pump systems.

  Reliable support: You’ll get reminders, friendly service, and expert care at every visit (as well as inbetween)

• How does payment work?

  We use GoCardless Direct Debit for monthly payments, and GoCardless Instant Bank Pay for any one-off payment.

  Everything is handled online – quick, simple, secure.

  First service due soon (within 3 months):
  Your first service is half price. For example, on our Heat Pump Only plan (£15 a month, which totals £180 a year), you’ll pay just £90 for your first service instead of £180 – then £15 a month after that.

  Service not due just yet (3+ months away):
  Nothing to pay upfront – then from only £15 a month by Direct Debit. Once signed up, you can choose your service date any time from six months onwards, giving you plenty of choice.

  Clear monthly payments, price protected regardless of inflation, and you’ll always know who to call if you need help.

• Is this an insurance or repair contract?

  No – this isn’t an insurance or repair plan. It’s a simple monthly service plan that helps keeps your heat pump running efficiently.

  No hidden extras – Your monthly payments cover your annual service.

  Repairs are separate – If anything needs fixing, we’ll give you a clear quote first, so you’re always in control.

  Peace of mind – Simple, predictable pricing that helps avoid big surprise bills.

• When can I book my first service?

  You can book your service whenever it suits you – whether it’s due this week or not for months.

  If your service is due soon (within 3 months) – You’ll pay £90 upfront (half price) when you sign up and set up your Direct Debit. You’ll then be asked to chose your service date and time.

  If your service is further away (more than 3 months) – There’s no upfront payment. Your monthly plan will start, but you can still book your service date in advance.

  We’ll send plenty of reminders ahead of your appointment so you can change the time / date if you need to.
